Palm Bay Community Charter School is governed by the City of Palm Bay, Florida Municipal Charter School Authority. The City of Palm Bay, Florida Municipal Charter School Authority is responsible for the legal and financial obligations of the school. The City of Palm Bay, Florida Municipal Charter School Authority establishes policy consistent with the school's mission and ensures the school's programs and operations are faithful to the terms of the charter including compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

The City of Palm Bay, Florida Municipal Charter School Authority meets every third Monday of every month at 5:00pm (changes to schedule will be posted). The public is welcome to attend.
